I won't bother ordering these from most normal to strangest, you can do that yourselves.
1 - I'm somewhat immune to pinches. I found that out in the 10th grade. It's funny, because it can freak people out. I've had people pinch my arms to the point my skin is breaking and going under their nails, and I can only feel pressure. I haven't done it in ages, though, so I have no idea what it's like now.
2 - I want to learn everything. I read books on any subject, just because I'm obsessed with learning. I'm a perfectionist who wants to accomplish everything- it's a horrible combination.
3 - I occasionally have a dream that will happen, word for word, action for action, at another point in time. It's only happened a few times in my life, but it's weird, because I know exactly what the other person/s is going to say.
4 - Sumo wrestling is amazing. That is all.
5 - Unlike Tim Curry, if I had the chance, I would want to always be remembered as the person who played Frank N. Furter. It's one of my dream roles and future acting goals. I also want to be a guy with an eyepatch on a soap opera that I'd never watch, or just wear an eyepatch in a role.
6 - I love a lot of foods that most people don't. I can put just about anything on a sandwich and eat it without problems. I used to put every possible spread, and cheese in my sandwiches, and all the kids would try to copy it. Yes, I was a strange role model for them to follow, but it didn't bother them. Acting weird and doing stupid things attracts little kids to be like you. For some reason.
Yay, that's finished. It took too long. Probably not even the strangest facts I have, but they're the first ones that came to mind. Don't even know if they're strange.
So, a little bit about life, I guess.
I've been doing a few magic tricks lately; I'm getting good. I can make a card disappear and levitate, I can move a coin from one hand to another (it's a little dodgey, but I did make the trick myself, so I guess I only have myself to blame for that), and I'm studying a few other things. The hypnosis is going well, but I'm pretty much studying the science more than the practice. It's important that I do that first so I understand what's happening and when.
I've found myself picking out which cars I want, like I'm building a mental collection. One I particularly want is a Daimler Motor Carriage ([link]), just because it's perfect. I wouldn't drive it (unless I wanted a police chase like ~The-Incredible-Al and I had discussed), but I'd certainly show it off as much as possible. I've also decided that if I move overseas (which is more or less definite), I'll be getting a Monaro, so I at least will be driving a little piece of home. If not that, then I'll figure out how to drive a Hills Hoist with the Australian flag tied to it. I also want a Bugatti Veyron ([link]), but I know that will never happen, unless I do make it big as an actor, and another millionaire is willing to give theirs up.
My languages! God, I can speak Japanese so fast now. I just need to build the vocabulary. German's basically at a standstill, because I haven't bothered listening to my tapes. I probably should, but I'd hate to get everything mixed and muddled.
I want to get Gran Turismo 4. I really, really do. If anyone's willing to donate, please. I'm borrowing it from a friend who owes me for borrowing Final Fantasy X for so long (and still hasn't returned it), so even if he wants to play it, he's giving it to me for an undetermined amount of time; perhaps until I get my own copy.
Hot Fuzz is absolutely HILARIOUS. Geez, I laughed so much in that movie. If you've seen and enjoyed Spaced and Shaun of the Dead, you will love this, too. I plan on getting the both seasons of Spaced at some point... donations, again, anyone? And Edgar Wright doing the script for Ant Man? That's... I have to see the final product.
I was amazed that they cast Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark for the Iron Man movie. It's an interesting choice; On one hand, he does look like he could easily pull off Stark's look. On the other, it's hard to see Downey Jr. as Stark - with exception to the alcoholism. There are too many exciting Marvel movie projects happening right now- Including Hawkeye, which I found out about shortly after reading an arc that made me realise how awesome it would be to have a Hawkeye movie.
I'm working on something at the moment. Some people know about it, most don't. It's not exactly hush-hush, but I don't like making a big fuss about it. I ought to be posting something soon that relates to it, so keep an eye out in the near future.
Anyway, that's more than enough from me, so happy end-of-February to you all, and best wishes for March.
